About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team at our Las Vegas North Premium Outlets location. This leader will create an exceptional customer experience, drive sales performance, maintain elevated visual standards, and build an engaged, accountable team culture.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and serve as a visible, motivating role model for the store team.
• Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and an engaging in-store experience.
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members to achieve individual and store-wide goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain talented team members while supporting an inclusive workplace.
• Create staffing schedules, manage timesheets, and maintain appropriate store coverage.
• Maintain high standards for visual merchandising, brand presentation, and operational execution.
• Oversee stockroom organization, inventory processes, stocktakes, and loss-prevention practices.
• Build succession plans and support career development for high-potential team members.
• Foster a collaborative, disciplined, and positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
