Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming breakfast experience for our hotel guests. You will play a key part in setting the tone for our guests' day by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, well-stocked breakfast area.

• 4 days per week
• 4 to 5 hours per shift

• Greet and assist hotel guests in a courteous and professional manner throughout the breakfast service
• Ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to, addressing any needs or questions promptly
• Set up and replenish breakfast items including food, beverages, and condiments as needed
• Clear and clean dining tables promptly after guests are finished
• Maintain the breakfast area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition at all times
• Monitor food presentation and quality to ensure compliance with hotel standards
• Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, plates, and cups throughout the shift
• Assist with breaking down and cleaning the breakfast area at the end of service
• Report any maintenance issues, shortages, or guest concerns to the supervisor
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Excellent customer service skills with a positive, guest-first attitude
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus

• Valid Food Handler Card (preferred but not required — must be willing to obtain upon hire)
