Speech Language Pathologist – Acute Care travel assignment in San Luis Obispo, California, starting 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,594 to $2,683 per week. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for patients in acute care.

- Document patient progress clearly in the medical record and update care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support discharge planning and patient outcomes.
- Maintain adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements
- Active California licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Ability to work effectively in an acute care hospital setting.
- Proficient in evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 10/05/2026.
- Willingness to work a 40-hour, 5x8 schedule in a hospital environment.
