Before becoming an agent, I worked as a business analyst in the insurance industry, which gave me a strong foundation in both the technical and service sides of the business. I also come from a family of State Farm agents, so helping people protect what matters most has always been part of my life. I attended Indiana University, am married with grown children, and now enjoy time with my grandchild. Family is incredibly important to me, and that same family-first mindset carries into the way our office operates. I’m also a founding board member of the Boone County Mentoring Partnership, and staying involved in the community has always been a priority. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Teresa Susong - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
