C2H_ ServiceNow Solution Architect / Tech Lead (FSO Insurance) Experience: 6-12 Years Location: Remote (From Anywhere in India) Employment Type: Part-Time/C2H CTC: Open Shift Timings: 2-10PM Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect / Tech Lead with strong expertise in FSO (Financial Services Operations) Insurance implementations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end architecture, solution design, and technical leadership, ensuring scalable and high-quality ServiceNow implementations. Key Responsibilities Own and define the overall ServiceNow architecture and solution design Lead technical design for FSO Insurance modules (Policy, Claims, Party models) Define and implement domain separation strategy and scoped applications Design and guide integration architecture (Integration Hub, APIs, external systems) Provide direction on React-based UI integrations and frontend architecture Review code quality, enforce best practices and technical standards Plan and manage ServiceNow upgrades and version governance Conduct client workshops, demos, and solution discussions Drive AI/IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) integration strategies Mentor and guide developers, QA, and technical teams Mandatory Skills Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities Certifications preferred: CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM, CIS-FSO Deep knowledge of Integration Hub, Flow Designer, ACLs Experience with Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Party models) Hands-on experience with React integration Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Nice to Have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Experience in Insurance / BFSI domain Exposure to OCR / AI / IDP integrations Key Skills (for Naukri Search) ServiceNow Architect, ServiceNow Tech Lead, FSO Insurance, CIS-FSO, CSA, CAD, CSM, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, ACL, React Integration, ServiceNow Architecture, Policy Claims, Domain Separation, Scoped Apps, AI Integration Ideal Candidate Profile 610 years of experience in ServiceNow development/architecture Strong background in FSO / Insurance implementations Proven experience in solution design and team leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
