Inspire learning and help shape the future of middle school students as an onsite ELA teacher in the Denver, CO area. This full-time contract position offers an opportunity to work directly with 6th–8th grade students, designing and delivering engaging and effective general education English Language Arts instruction in a supportive environment.

Your passion for education and your expertise in ELA will drive student achievement while allowing you to make a lasting difference. The assignment runs from ASAP through May 2027, giving you the chance to build strong connections and see the impact of your work throughout the school year.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Colorado SPED certificate required
• Experience teaching general education ELA, preferably with middle school students
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a dedicated teaching team

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement daily ELA lessons aligned with curriculum standards for grades 6–8
• Support students’ academic growth, providing individualized attention as needed
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school-related events as required
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and challenges
