Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document repair needs. Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently. Keep customers informed throughout the service process. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and people skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Computer proficiency.
