Plant Manager

What You'll Be Doing Lead daily operations of the hot mix asphalt plant to meet safety, quality, and production goals. Optimize plant performance through effective scheduling, process control, and equipment utilization. Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing policies, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement. Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets. Develop, coach, and engage team members to build a high‑performing workforce. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead plant operations and drive results in a fast‑paced environment. Work Environment Role based at a hot mix asphalt production facility with regular exposure to outdoor conditions. Requires interaction with plant equipment, materials, and operational teams. Fast‑paced setting with seasonal production demands and variable hours. Frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
