Job Summary : Our Client in Haddon Heights, NJ is seeking a Client Experience Associate to join their team. This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity paying $24.00-$25.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a professional and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to support daily office operations while providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Support: Provide consistent front-desk and telephone coverage during office hours and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Client Service: Welcome clients and visitors, answer incoming calls, gather information, and direct requests to the appropriate team member.
• Calendar Management: Schedule client meetings and maintain advisor, team, and conference room calendars.
• Appointment Coordination : Send meeting confirmations, reminders, and related appointment information.
• Office Administration: Maintain office appearance, organization, supplies, and overall functionality.
• Conference Room Setup: Prepare and reset conference rooms for client and team meetings.
• Mail Handling: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Check Processing : Receive, document, secure, and deposit or forward checks according to company procedures.
• Technology Support: Assist with routine website updates and serve as the primary contact for basic office technology issues while coordinating with outside vendors when needed.
• Project Coordination: Track client and office requests, facilitate communication between team members, and assist with office projects, client events, and vendor coordination.

Requirements:

• Customer Service Skills: Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor when interacting with clients in person and over the phone.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities required.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills required.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through on tasks and assignments.
• Confidentiality : Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, calendars, CRM platforms, and other office technology required.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues while keeping office operations running smoothly.
• Experience: Previous experience in office administration, client service, hospitality, financial services, or a professional services environment preferred.
