Litigation Attorney (flexible remote)

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join their team in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role offers a flexible work environment with options for remote, hybrid, or onsite work. The firm specializes in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation matters.
Duties Manage and oversee litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Represent clients in court and at depositions.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.
Maintain accurate records of billable hours.
Requirements At least 7 years of litigation experience.
Current and active NJ Bar membership in good standing.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LexisNexis.
Familiarity with case/file management systems.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications Active NJ Bar membership.
Skills Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
Proficiency in legal software and technology.
