Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Attorney to join our legal team in Cherry Hill, NJ. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in multiple legal disciplines, exceptional research and writing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other legal research tools. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents. Advise clients on complex legal issues and develop effective legal strategies tailored to their needs. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings as required. Maintain accurate and organized case files while ensuring compliance with legal and administrative procedures. Collaborate with attorneys and staff across multiple practice areas to deliver effective legal solutions. Provide timely, high-quality legal support while managing multiple matters simultaneously. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Bar admission in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Experience in civil litigation, bankruptcy, and transactional law. Strong proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw for legal research. Excellent legal writing, drafting, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
