ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Issue Resolution: Address client issues and concerns, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.
Policy Adjustments: Assist clients with policy modifications based on their evolving needs and circumstances.
Requirements*Property & Casualty Licensed REQUIRED*
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with colleagues.
