Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee daily clinical operations within a busy ambulatory care setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with strong outpatient experience, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and supervise clinical staff within the ambulatory clinic. Coordinate patient care and ensure efficient clinic workflow. Triage patient calls and review laboratory results, escalating abnormal findings to physicians. Assist physicians and Physician Assistants with clinical procedures and patient care. Support staff training, development, competency evaluations, and performance improvement. Maintain compliance with DOH, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and OSHA standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and update clinical policies and procedures. Serve as a liaison between physicians, staff, and patients to resolve concerns and improve patient satisfaction. Ideal Candidate: Active RN license Strong ambulatory care or outpatient clinical experience Previous supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred Excellent patient assessment, triage, and organizational skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage a fast-paced outpatient environment Why Consider This Opportunity?
