• Must be a graduate of and have a certificate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Must be currently credentialed by Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations, State Physical Therapy Board.
• Must have verification card of current instruction in BLS.

Mandatory Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience primarily outpatient experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual capabilities helpful.
• MUST HAVE INPATIENT EXPERIENCE The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
