About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead and scale its end-to-end revenue organization, with responsibility for Sales and Customer Success. The role will set and execute strategies for customer acquisition, retention, renewals, and expansion, while establishing clear plans, performance metrics, forecasting, and operating rhythms. The CRO will guide complex enterprise sales, strengthen customer adoption and value realization, and build a predictable, data-driven commercial organization. The position also partners across business functions, engages with strategic customers, and develops high-performing teams focused on sustainable growth and customer outcomes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, marketing, technology, or a related field, and at least 15 years of progressive business experience, including 10 years in senior commercial leadership. Required experience includes leading both sales and customer-success teams, growing recurring-revenue B2B software or technology-enabled services, and selling complex solutions to senior executives in healthcare markets. Applicants should bring expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, customer retention and expansion, pricing, negotiations, and data-driven decision-making, along with strong executive communication and leadership skills. An advanced degree, experience with commercial analytics and CRM systems, and a background scaling organizations through growth or change are preferred.
