Southeast Visual Merchandising Specialist

The Southeast Visual Merchandising Specialist leads the execution and maintenance of BVLGARI's visual merchandising standards and brand image across all points of sale in the Miami and Florida market. This role significantly impacts team and functional performance by leading key projects, mentoring colleagues, and influencing visual merchandising strategies to support sales growth. The Specialist implements strategic visual merchandising initiatives tailored to local market needs while ensuring consistent brand presentation across boutiques, wholesale, and travel retail locations. The position includes direct oversight of the Miami Flagship boutiques (Miami Design District and Miami Bal Harbour) key locations for testing and elevating visual merchandising strategies. This role requires frequent travel throughout the region to conduct store visits, support events, deliver training, and execute strategic initiatives. The Specialist reports directly to the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager and contributes to broader visual merchandising planning efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure all Miami stores and points of sale are set up in accordance with BVLGARI visual merchandising standards. Execute corporate visual merchandising guidelines across boutiques, wholesale, and travel retail locations throughout the Miami market. Adapt and implement visual merchandising strategies to reflect local market opportunities while maintaining brand consistency. Create clear visual merchandising guidelines for key strategic initiatives to support precise execution by store teams. Monitor and maintain high standards of product presentation, prop usage, store appearance, and overall visual execution. Conduct regular store visits to assess execution, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with brand standards. Train and mentor retail management and store associates on visual merchandising standards, seasonal guidelines, and best practices, fostering a culture of excellence within the team. Provide actionable feedback to store teams regarding product presentation, product allocation, prop usage and storage, and visual processes. Oversee in-store visual merchandising installations and dismantles in partnership with Visual Merchandising Production. Lead the VM planning and setup for new store openings and renovations within the Miami market. Manage visual merchandising execution for brand events, including product setup, breakdown, and showroom organization. Lead executive visits and boutique walkthroughs with senior management, influencing presentation strategies. Develop, test, and report on new visual merchandising strategies at the Miami Flagship boutique, driving innovation for the team. Create visual merchandising photo reports with clear documentation of store visits, strategic initiatives, and events using PowerPoint. Manage prop inventory across all points of sale and communicate replenishment needs to the Visual Merchandising Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail or corporate environment, preferably within luxury retail. Proven experience supporting multiple store locations or a regional market. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and influence visual merchandising best practices. Residence in the Miami metro area required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach. Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
