Required Skills: Medical degree (MD/DO) with board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology Valid state medical license and DEA certification Proven experience in hematologic and oncologic patient management Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling patient calls and consultations via phone Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Prior experience in an outpatient oncology setting Multilingual abilities to serve a diverse patient demographic Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years post-residency or fellowship experience in Hematology and Oncology Long-term commitment candidates preferred, with driving distance being a plus Other Requirements: Availability to work 4 shifts per week, 8-10 hours per day, with flexible scheduling based on patient volumes Overtime paid after 40 hours per week Light call duty (beeper only) for established patients, approximately 2-5 calls per week Onsite apartment available for convenience Ability to start by May 26, 2026 Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to clinical protocols Be part of a dedicated team that cares deeply about your success and growth.
