Position: Pediatrician at AdventHealth Medical Group – Tavares, FL. Overview AdventHealth Medical Group seeks a board‑certified or board‑eligible Pediatrician to join a well‑established practice located in Tavares, Florida. The ideal candidate will have: Active Florida medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure) Board certification in Pediatrics (or board eligibility if less than three years out of training) Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN and/or PA‑C) Proficiency with minor office‑based procedures such as circumcisions, vaccinations per AAP guidelines, and CLIA‑waived labs Physician Expectations Shared practice call coverage for evenings and weekends Ability to work a set schedule, which may include early‑morning and/or evening hours to meet patient needs Practice Description This is an employment opportunity through AdventHealth Medical Group, a 700+ physician, multi‑specialty organization.
