Sales Merchandiser - Beverage

General Wholesale Beer Company

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Merchandiser - Beverage to join our team! You will be responsible for planning and assembling commercial displays for brand marketing.

Responsibilities:

Service existing retail customers who purchase company brands and products
Maintain specific company-mandated retail standards
Manage strict quality control guidelines in all assigned accounts.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Capitalize on any sales opportunities that emerge in any account.
Communicate with sales reps and management on retail account issues and required follow-ups.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in beverage sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong work ethic and reliability required
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to pay attention to detail
