Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Insurance Producer to join our Urbandale, IA office. This on‑site role involves cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored recommendations. Responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, explaining insurance products and services, negotiating terms, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. The Insurance Producer will also stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients. Qualifications Strong expertise in insurance and insurance sales, with the ability to tailor products to meet individual and business needs. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on relationship‑building and trust. Proficiency and experience in employee benefits solutions for businesses of various sizes. Self‑motivated with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. Valid insurance producer license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe. Prior experience in the insurance industry preferred but not required.
