1st shift welder details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 20.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:30am to 04:00pm)

Operate robotic and collaborative (cobot) welding equipment.
Load and unload parts into welding machines.
Monitor weld quality and inspect finished products.
Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues.
Follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

1st shift welder qualifications:

Manufacturing experience
Recent high school graduates are welcome to apply.
Welding classes, vocational welding training, or hands-on welding coursework accepted.
No professional welding experience required if candidate has welding school/course experience.
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
