Technical Project Manager (Employee Platforms)

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, managing technical programs and leading complex technology projects in a fast-paced environment; formal training or certification and advanced applied experience may apply depending on country guidance.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI tools in technical program management workflows, with careful validation and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations, verify their accuracy, escalate uncertainty, and follow data-handling expectations.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, including breaking business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks.
• Experience leading projects through their lifecycle, influencing decision-makers, and adapting as business needs change.
• Technical fluency and familiarity with relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a record of building productive relationships and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Preferred: Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating discussions and building consensus across technical and business groups.
• Preferred: Proficiency in technology risk management, application ownership, vendor technology or solution onboarding, and data integration.

• Lead complex technology projects and programs that advance business goals and deliver value to clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Develop and carry out project plans covering technical requirements, resources, and timelines to support successful, timely delivery.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning and synthesize risks, such as drafting plans, RAID artifacts, and status narratives; validate outputs and handle data according to its sensitivity.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address potential obstacles proactively, and apply strategies to reduce their impact on project outcomes.
• Work with software development, quality assurance, and business teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with business goals.
• Track progress, revise plans and schedules as needed, and provide stakeholders with regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches to governance artifacts and reporting, ensuring human review and compliance with delivery standards.
• Apply technical knowledge, analytical judgment, and adaptability to develop solutions, manage stakeholder relationships, and support project governance and resource optimization.
