Ping Security Analyst

Alternate Locations: Plano/Dallas, TX or St. Louis, MO (100% Onsite) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Ping Security Analyst with strong expertise in Ping Identity products and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience implementing Single Sign‑On (SSO), managing authentication and authorization, troubleshooting IAM issues, and supporting enterprise applications in a production environment. Required Skills Hands‑on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne SSO, and PingDirectory Strong knowledge of Single Sign‑On (SSO) implementation Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) Experience with privileged access monitoring and identity security Azure Cloud and DevOps knowledge Programming experience with Java and/or Python Scripting experience using ARM Templates and Ansible Working knowledge of SQL/RDBMS Experience with ServiceNow and production support Key Responsibilities Configure and support Ping Identity solutions including PingFederate and PingAccess. Set up IdP/SP connections, policies, adapters, selectors, and contract mappings. Manage access tokens, OIDC policies, and authentication workflows. Onboard enterprise applications into PingFederate and PingAccess. Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and application access issues. Handle ServiceNow incidents and provide timely production support. Monitor IAM environments, dashboards, alerts, and KPIs. Renew security certificates and maintain identity infrastructure. Participate in a 24x7 on‑call support rotation using PagerDuty. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure access management. #J-18808-Ljbffr Novia Infotech
