We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to become part of our expanding team in Grand Rapids, Michigan . Opportunity Overview

Our facility in Grand Rapids is an integral member of the Cardiovascular Network of West Michigan, collaborating with organizations such as Trinity Health Muskegon and University of Michigan Health - West. Our aim is to deliver the highest quality, innovative, and comprehensive cardiovascular care to the residents of West Michigan.

• Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
  • Possibility of .2 FTE allocated to Medical Director responsibilities
• Schedule: 5 patients per day in the clinic
• Location: Grand Rapids, MI
• Specialty: Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology
• Provider Team Size: 11 Providers
• Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Involvement with Residents and Medical Students
• Call Requirements: 1:5 call schedule, potentially less as we expand and add more providers

The Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist will play a crucial role in establishing a new service line, enhancing our Heart Failure program, and ensuring high-quality cardiovascular care remains within our system.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Advanced Heart Failure fellowship is required
• Open to recent Fellows
• Physicians must be board certified in their clinical specialty or achieve certification within the timeframe set by the relevant specialty board.
• Possession of an active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain one)
• DEA license required
• BLS certification (must be maintained)
