Compensation $125,000 - $135,000 annually, depending on experience Location Pryor, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Controller to join their team! Step into a pivotal management role where you'll lead the Accounting Department of a thriving organization. This opportunity offers the chance to shape financial policies, drive strategic initiatives, and make a significant impact. The company is seeking a leader with manufacturing industry exposure to elevate their financial operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties Direct all functions of the Accounting Department Administer financial policies and programs Prepare and file annual tax returns Supervise financial reporting and accounting staff Develop internal control policies and procedures Advise management on financial objectives Coordinate financial planning and budgeting Lead staff training in budgeting and financial management Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Three to seven years of related experience Advanced computer knowledge required Previous experience in manufacturing Proven analytical skills and critical thinking Nice to Have Skills & Experience CPA certification preferred Experience in tax planning work Familiarity with depreciation rates and capitalized items This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
