Physical Therapist (PT)

Role: Physical Therapist in a facility-based setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans. Deliver effective physical therapy to help patients regain their physical abilities. Address the whole patient, designing programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical functions. Collaborate with team members and refer patients as needed to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications & Skills Valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s plus 5 years of progressive PT experience. Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
