Responsibilities

Lead and inspire our sales team by setting clear goals and fostering a supportive, high-energy office culture.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence throughout the Norfolk area.

Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to staff to help them sharpen their sales techniques and product knowledge.

Review agency performance metrics regularly and pivot strategies to ensure we remain on track for sustainable growth.

Engage with the local Norfolk community through events and partnerships to build our brand awareness and presence.

Requirements

Current P&C and Life/Health insurance producer licenses.

At least 5 years of successful sales or management experience in the insurance sector.

Demonstrable history of growing a book of business and mentoring sales professionals.

Solid understanding of risk management principles and insurance policy structures.

Strong organizational skills for managing agency workflows and licensing requirements.

Expertise in digital agency management systems and lead tracking software.
