Senior Payroll Tax Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing timely and accurate support for multi-state payroll tax activities, the full-time Senior Payroll Tax Specialist will manage case inquiries, resolve complex tasks, and document customer interactions while working in an office or remote setting. Key responsibilities Partner with internal teams and clients to resolve payroll tax-related inquiries and service orders Process data tasks including payments, reports, and filings within the Payroll Tax organization Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to support Payroll Tax Compliance and W2 inquiries Required qualifications Typically 4+ years of payroll tax experience General education, vocational training, or on-the-job training required Proficient understanding of US payroll tax laws and regulations Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certificate preferred Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Virtual Vocations Inc
