Somatus in McLean, VA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and operational HR support. You will work with Recruiters to understand staffing needs and guide candidates through their journey, handling onboarding and data management in the ATS. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence two to three days per week at our McLean headquarters.
