In this high-volume recruiting environment, you'll source candidates, conduct interviews, partner with hiring managers, and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to hire. RESPONSIBILITIES

Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using various recruiting channels. Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications. Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities. Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and passive candidate outreach. Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system. Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives. Track recruiting metrics and maintain required documentation. Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Self‑driven with the ability to stay focused and productive in a remote work environment. Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage a high workload. Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable learning new systems and technology. Recruiting, sales, customer service, or staffing experience is helpful but not required. *A formal job description will be provided upon request.
