(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners. Identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, adapting to change, and learning from feedback. Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility, managing inventory flow, using equipment appropriately, merchandising working inventory, correcting shelf capacities, and completing required paperwork logs. Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, offering guidance and support, assisting with self‑service technology, helping with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services. Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies, conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation per policies, zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods, setting up and organizing displays, maintaining modular integrity, and delivering merchandise to ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal items. Processes defective merchandise per sanitation and food safety policies, monitors shrink, security risks, and safety. Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled, assists with picking, staging, and audits for accuracy. Handles inventory moves, tracks goods, maintains in‑stock levels, reports poor inventory practices, and uses inventory tools safely. Operates and maintains forklifts safely, reporting unsafe conditions. Proactively identifies customers who need help, models technology services, identifies shrink opportunities and fixes problems, properly maintains equipment, ensures products are organized and stocked, and promptly fixes issues. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
