About Lenzli Lenzli is an in‑person photography coaching and connection platform. We help photographers learn faster and grow their network through real, face‑to‑face sessions — pairing people up to shoot, learn, and build community offline. We're early‑stage, fast‑moving, and building something people genuinely love. The Role We're hiring Growth Interns to help us reach more photographers and turn interest into active users. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing and sales — running experiments, talking to potential users, and driving the top of our funnel. This is a hands‑on role where your work directly moves the numbers. You'll work closely with the founding team, see how an early startup actually operates, and own real projects from day one. What You’ll Do Run outreach to photographers, coaches, and local communities across Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and email Help plan and promote in‑person sessions and events that bring users together Write and test marketing copy — posts, captions, DMs, and landing page variations Build and manage a pipeline of leads, then follow up to convert them into active users Talk to users and prospects to learn what’s working and what isn’t, and feed that back to the team Track results in a simple dashboard and report on what’s driving growth Pitch and run your own growth experiments — we want your ideas What We’re Looking For Strong written communication and a feel for what makes people click Comfortable reaching out to strangers and following up without being pushy Scrappy, self‑directed, and excited to test things and learn fast Interested in photography, community, startups, or all three Organized enough to keep track of leads and results No prior experience required — attitude and hustle matter most What You’ll Get Direct mentorship from the founding team Real ownership of projects with visible impact A crash course in startup growth, marketing, and sales A strong reference and recommendation based on your results Flexible hours that work around your schedule First consideration for paid and full‑time roles as we grow Where This Leads This internship is a launchpad.
