What You'll Do
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Welcome and assist visitors and walk-in customers
- Respond to emails and general inquiries
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Learn to assist with invoicing and other office duties as you grow in the role
- Jump in and help with a variety of tasks to keep the office running smoothly
- Friendly, positive, and professional
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy office
- A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
- A team player with a "happy to help" attitude
- $23-$25/hour, depending on experience
