In this role, you’ll wear both your architect and consultant hats—crafting smart, scalable integrations in Adobe Workfront Fusion while partnering closely with stakeholders to turn complex business needs into automated magic.You’ll guide teams through best practices in consulting and solution design, keeping conversations clear, outcomes focused, and systems running smoothly. If you enjoy solving puzzles, translating tech-speak into actionable plans, and being the go-to expert people genuinely want to work with, you’ll feel right at home here.The Work:Design, build, test, and deploy Fusion scenarios that integrate Adobe Workfront with third-party systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Jira, Slack, Veeva, Salesforce, etc.)Translate business requirements into scalable Fusion automations that reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracyCollaborate with Workfront solution architects and consultants to define optimal Fusion-based solutionsTroubleshoot and optimize existing Fusion scenarios for reliability and performanceParticipate in requirement-gathering sessions and technical discovery workshopsDocument integration logic, workflows, and technical specificationsEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards in all integrationsSupport user training and onboarding for Fusion workflowsCollaborate with functional and technical teams to Perform unit testing, system testing, and regression testing for Fusion scenarios; ensure data integrity and error handling.Keep up with Workfront releases and Fusion enhancements to continuously evolve your toolkit.Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's What You Need:A minimum of 5 year of experience as a team member or lead on marketing technology implementation projects A minimum of 3 years of experience developing Workfront Fusion workflows and automationsA minimum of 2 years of experience with APIs, JSON, REST, and data mapping principlesA minimum of 2 years of experience implementing Workfront integrations across Adobe and third-party platformsBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience. Bonus points if:Adobe certifications or Fusion/Workfront credentialsExperience with advanced Fusion scenario error handling and conditional logicFamiliarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Marketo, AEM)Experience supporting marketing operations, creative workflows, or digital campaign executionConsulting background with client-facing implementation or support rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
