Sr. Solutions Consultant

Position Summary As a creative problem‑solving leader on the Core Solutions Consulting team, you will partner with 2–3 Account Executives to codevelop solutions for the most valuable client problems. You will act as the technical lead, collaborating with a team of specialists to design solutions, articulate value, and inspire innovation across Adobe’s digital media suite, including GenAI technologies. Responsibilities Partner with the assigned Adobe Account team (AE/NAM) to set strategy, vision, and technical solution for Digital Media customer opportunities. Drive the technical ecosystem by understanding customer needs, matching them to Adobe technology, and communicating the resulting value to the customer. Coordinate key deliverables and programmatic artifacts to ensure the account reaches and exceeds sales goals, working with specialist Solution Consultants (DX, DC, FF, Substance, Frame.io) as needed. Provide technical risk analysis, updates, and consulting on structural changes within the larger team/ecosystem. Lead a pre‑sales technical team to develop and implement complex products/applications/solutions with Digital Media technologies, offering technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through discovery, presentations, and demonstrations. Engage with various account teams and surrounding resources, prioritizing sales stages and key opportunities. Build and deliver presentations, demos, and documentation at the C‑level. Maintain a healthy work/life balance while managing scheduling to drive revenue impact and achieve quarterly/annual quota. Design workflows, participate in marketing events, develop partner relationships, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver technical success and value realization. Qualifications Self‑initiative and eagerness to learn new technologies. Excellent presentation skills, storytelling, and audience engagement. Regular cadence with Account team to derive account strategy and information. Strong collaboration skills and deep understanding of the sales process. Strong executive presence. Account/activity prioritization skills focusing on highest impact and outcomes. Experience driving discovery with clients and internal teams, including whiteboarding and ideation. Demonstrated knowledge of the creative industry and its best practices. Knowledge of marketing systems and their business applications. Technical knowledge of Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrob, Express, Frame.io). Understanding of low‑code environments such as Power Automate, Workfront Fusion, or Zapier; API knowledge desired. Experience with Adobe mobile and web applications (Fresco, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications. 4+ years’ experience in Digital Media solutions; customer‑side experience an asset. Ability to demonstrate and discuss benefits/value of Adobe solutions within Creative Cloud and GenAI contexts. Knowledge of key industry trends and challenges in HTM, RCG, HLS, FSI, and CMT. Benefits U.S. pay range: $178,200 – $289,000 annually (may vary by location and experience). In New York: $199,600 – $289,000 annually. Compensation may include total target compensation for sales roles (base + commission) or base salary with an Annual Incentive Plan for non‑sales roles. Eligibility for long‑term incentives, including equity awards for certain roles.
