Senior AV Solutions Consultant New Jersey Security 101 is seeking a highly motivated Senior AV Solutions Consultant to drive new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through the delivery of commercial audio-visual solutions. Working closely with Security 101 Account Executives, branch leadership, engineering, and operations teams, this role serves as a trusted advisor for enterprise AV technologies and helps customers design solutions that improve collaboration, situational awareness, communications, and operational performance. Salary: Competitive compensation: $200K = On-Target-Earnings (Base + Uncapped Commission). Strong consultative sales, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of commercial construction, specifications, and bid processes. CTS certification preferred. Strong business development and prospecting skills. Ability to negotiate and close complex opportunities while maintaining profitability objectives. Proficiency using CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools. Responsibilities: Develop new commercial AV business opportunities within the assigned territory. Conduct customer discovery meetings, site surveys, and needs assessments. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop complete system designs and proposals. Present, negotiate, and close proposals while maintaining company profitability objectives. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools. Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, manufacturer representatives, and end users. Develop AV solutions across control rooms, security operations centers, emergency operations centers, real-time crime centers, boardrooms, conference rooms, training facilities, auditoriums, direct-view LED, video walls, AV over IP, unified communications, digital signage, and enterprise collaboration technologies. Education: High School Diploma (or GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred. CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification preferred.
