PeopleShare is now hiring for 2nd shift and 3rd shift warehouse and forklift associates near Lebanon, PA. Pay rate is $19-$20+ per hour, eligible for near term raise to $21-$24 after probationary period. All shifts must train on 1st shift 6am-2:30pm for 2-4 weeks. 2nd shift is 2pm-10:30pm and 3rd shift is 10pm-6:30am. Weekly pay via direct deposit.

Job responsibilities and description for forklift warehouse associate include receiving, verifying inbound inventory, and stocking. Use SAP database and external sites to process shipping. Inventory cycle counting, investigations and reconciliations. Safely operate forklift equipment. Manually lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Pick material inventory according to written work orders to supply production lines.

Job requirements for forklift warehouse associate include reliable transportation, ability to speak, read, write, and understand English, and 1+ year of previous warehouse experience including forklift operation, shipping, and inventory. Preferred prior forklift certification and experience with SAP or ERP databases. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
