Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Pipefitter/Welders for projects located in or around the Cedar Hill, TX area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $21-$23/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an Apprentice Flat Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Perform pipefitting, fabrication, fitting, and assembly of natural gas piping components per API 1104 standards.
- Use stick welding (SMAW) and MIG welding processes for pipe and structural fabrication work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, measure and cut pipe, prep materials, fit connections, weld assemblies, and complete traceability documentation.
- Operate oxy-acetylene torches, weld positioners, and common trade tools while maintaining production and safety standards.
- Inspect welds and materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.
- 1+ years experience required
Requirements:
- Must pass various weld test
