Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests in costume, perform in character roles, and speak to large groups.
• Facilitate VIP and School Group Tours using provided scripts and talking points.
• Model and uphold The Client Core Values as a Brand Ambassador.
• Maintain a positive attitude and ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of exhibits and facilities.
• Complete all required training, including Life Safety, Evacuation, and ADA compliance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform in full costume, weighing approximately 75 pounds, for up to 45 minutes.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Regular standing height between 5'6" and 5'10".
• One year of experience in themed attractions, hospitality, or customer service.
• Audition inside of the costume required during the interview process.

Preferences:

• Experience as a live performer, special skill artist, puppeteer, or mascot.
• Background in cheer, dance, or game entertainment.
• Multi-lingual skills.
• Strong verbal and presentation skills.
