Nurse Supervisor (Day Shift)

AdviniaCare Newburyport is seeking an exceptional Nurse Supervisor to join our dedicated team! As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 111-bed facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Your leadership skills, clinical expertise, and passion for providing compassionate care will make a significant impact on our team.

Oversee the daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care assignments Develop and implement effective care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Conduct regular rounds, observing patient care and providing guidance and feedback to staff Participate in on-call rotation to support the facility's 24/7 operations Collaborate with the management team to identify and resolve concerns, and implement process improvements

Registered Nurse (RN) preferred 3-5 years of experience, with a strong desire to lead and learn.

Currently holds an active RN or LPN license in the state of MA, that is also in good standings. Ability to work 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Compassionate and respectful approach to patient care and staff management Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
