Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects up to $250M.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to collect necessary project data.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to determine material and labor costs.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids to ensure cost accuracy and competitiveness.
• Utilize estimating software to streamline and optimize the estimating process.
• Monitor project budgets and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain a database of historical costs for future project reference.
• Stay informed about market trends, labor costs, and material pricing in the construction industry.
