Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying problems and offering appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Comfort using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
