Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full time Director to oversee and manage Kids Count. Work experience in the childcare field as well as required education levels needed for the position.

Responsibilities

Part-time classroom Lead Teacher (as needed)
Manage and supervise staff memebers effectively
Promote and enroll new families
Oversee budgeting and financial aspects of program
Lead program development initiatives to enhance staff education and services provided to families
Hire and train new staff

Skills

Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising staff
Proficiency in working with children of all ages
Strong program management skills
Excellent administrative capabilities
Budgeting expertise
Exceptional relationship management abilities
