Sr Human Resources Manager

The QTI Group is partnering with Wisconsin Built to hire a hands-on Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and evolve the HR function for this growing, PE-backed manufacturer. Reporting to the President & CEO, this individual will serve as the company's senior HR leader, partnering closely with leadership to build the people strategies, talent programs, and organizational structure needed to support significant future growth and operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change, strengthen recruiting and talent development practices, modernize compensation and performance management programs, and help shape the employee experience across this company of around 170 employees. ResponsibilitiesServe as the senior HR leader and trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related matters.

Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational growth objectives and operational priorities.

Lead and mentor one HR team member while overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and HR programs.

Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent across manufacturing and professional functions.

Serve as the face of recruiting by strengthening hiring processes, building community partnerships, and improving workforce planning efforts.

Lead initiatives to modernize compensation programs and support the implementation of a merit-based compensation process.

Enhance performance management practices by creating development-focused review processes and coaching leaders to effectively manage employee performance.

Build and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce development initiatives.

Analyze workforce metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while continuously improving HR policies, practices, and programs.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

SHRM certification or other relevant HR certification preferred.

7+ years of progressive HR experience with broad exposure across HR disciplines.

Manufacturing, industrial, construction-related, or other operationally-driven industry experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Experience partnering directly with senior leaders to solve complex business and workforce challenges.

Proven ability to drive change, establish structure, and implement new programs and processes within a growing organization.

Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

High-energy, hands-on leadership style with a willingness to engage in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR activities.
