About the Team
The Apollo Team within Customer Identity & Core, aims to build a world class data product and platform that can ingest and resolve critical business data, at scale, to deliver quality features and insights to teams across the Enterprise. As the external landscape becomes increasingly competitive, we are transforming our platform for real-time intelligence. We are partnering with new, innovative vendors to unlock capabilities such as on-demand, LLM-powered data enrichment and precise person-level identification, scaling our foundational data layer for even broader coverage, and testing cutting-edge LLMs in the Gen AI Platform to build the next generation of our entity resolution technology. Basic Qualifications:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: 
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

OR

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management

New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
