$18-$20 per hour Experienced Shift Lead / Management (Team Lead) – Naples, FL Join us at Chick‑Fil‑A as a high-performing Shift Lead / Management (Team Lead) —a leadership position elevated above a standard shift leader role. We’re seeking a proven leader with strong restaurant management, supervisory experience, and the ability to train and mentor team members and future leaders.
