* **Hospitality Excellence:** Deliver and enforce "Unparalleled Hospitality" standards to ensure every customer is completely satisfied.

* **Shift Operations:** Oversee opening and/or closing procedures, register accountability, cash handling, and safe drops according to company policy.

* **Quality Control:** Ensure all smoothies and food items are prepared to exact specifications, meeting our high-quality standards in a timely manner.

* **Food Safety:** Maintain a clean, sanitized restaurant and enforce strict food safety and health department guidelines during the shift.
