Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and connect with prospective clients through networking, community events, social media and targeted marketing efforts
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products that meet individual client requirements
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand your client base and increase brand awareness within your territory
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims or policy updates
Qualifications
- Must be willing to obtain a state license (Licensing Support provided)
- No experience needed
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual candidates are highly valued
- Ability to work independently with self-motivation, organization, and proactive outreach strategies
