Position Title: General Manager Job Description: As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, and maintenance. Your goal will be to exceed budget targets, maintain cost-effectiveness, and ensure profitability while upholding company policies. You will prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and follow financial procedures, handling cash, credit cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
