Qualifications we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license for the state of Washington
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Experience working within K-12 school settings, preferably at both elementary and middle school levels
• Strong collaborative skills and a passion for student-centered support

Primary responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support to students, teachers, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate actively in meetings and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
